An Active Change card is automatically generated whenever EFB Administrators or Administrators add, modify, or delete any content within the Airports tab or the R&A Management tab.

This includes actions such as:

• Updating Airport Categories
• Making changes in Airport Management
• Editing Airport Authorizations
• Deleting any Airport items
• Creating or deleting any R&A objects
• Creating or removing briefing content

All these updates are automatically logged and displayed in:

• Update Mechanism –> Active Board in the Airports section
• Update Mechanism –> R&A Active Board in the R&A section

This ensures full tracking and transparency of all administrative changes.
