Why can’t I log in to the Airport Briefing application?
Please ensure that you’re entering your credentials correctly. If you copy and paste them, check that no extra spaces or characters are included. Also, make sure that Caps Lock is not turned on when typing your credentials
Note: Passwords are case-sensitive, so ensure they are entered exactly as provided.
If the problem persists, please verify that your credentials have not been changed by your EFB administrator within your organization, or contact us at support@airportbriefing.aero.
