The Client retains full ownership of all clients‑specific data and briefings. This includes internal procedures, formats, branding elements, and any briefing content you provide, or that is created specifically for your operational use.

Synapse Aviation and its licensors retain ownership of the Airport Briefing application and the underlying 3D and aviation datasets, including 3D airport models, Lido SkyData® information, navigation data, approach data, and related materials. These components are licensed to you for internal use only.

In summary: your data remains your property, while our software, models, and licensed datasets remain ours. The Agreement grants you the right to use these components internally as part of the service.
